Important Notes for Returns
- If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the product (including the day of arrival).
- Please process the return within 5 days after contacting us.
- Returns cannot be accepted for items that arrive at our company more than two weeks after receipt, so please understand in advance.
- Items purchased on our website cannot be returned or exchanged at physical stores.
Additionally, items purchased at physical stores cannot be returned to the website or other stores.
- ※If you wish to exchange an item, it must first go through the return process, and then you can place a new order for the desired item on the website.

- ※Returns are limited to unused and unworn items (excluding fitting).
- ※Refunds cannot be issued for items that have been washed, so please keep this in mind.
- ※Items that have been damaged, soiled, have missing tags, defects, odors, or any other damage due to customer circumstances cannot be returned.
- ※Items marked as "no returns or exchanges" or "damaged" or "sale" or "markdown" cannot be returned for any reason.
- ※Returns of accessories (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, rings) due to customer circumstances are not accepted.
- ※Sale items cannot be returned and exchanged for customer reasons.
Refunds After Order Has Been Shipped

※For customers requesting delivery to Singapore, we will confirm the payment method and contact you accordingly.
※Please be sure to include your puchase invoice.
※Please include your bank transfer details (bank name, branch name, and account holder’s name).
※In the case of returns due to customer circumstances, the shipping costs for both the original shipment and the return will be the customer's responsibility.

- E-wallet: Instant, except for MAE, which may take up to 14 working days
- FPX: refunds will be issued via bank transfer to ensure a smooth and efficient refund process.
