To ensure smooth shipping for all customers, we generally do not accept changes to orders.
If you would like to proceed with a change, we will first need to cancel your existing order, and then we kindly ask you to place a new order through our website.
Please note that any cancellations, as well as changes to size or color after shipment, will be treated as customer-initiated returns and will require a new order.
・We are unable to accept orders via phone or fax. Please place your order using your PC, smartphone, or tablet.
・As we strive for eco-friendly packaging, we do not offer gift wrapping services.
・If you let us know in the comments section that you do not need an invoice, we will omit the purchase details (delivery note) that includes the amount from your shipment.
・Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be canceled at our discretion.
Examples of orders that may raise suspicion of fraud include:
